SyncParenting ('we', 'us') respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit our store or buy our digital templates, how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. Information we collect
Order information. When you make a purchase, our payment processor (Lemon Squeezy) collects your name, email address, billing country, and payment details. We receive your name, email, and order details — never your full card number.
Email subscriptions. If you sign up for our newsletter or free resources, we store the email address you provide.
Usage data. Like most websites, we collect basic analytics (pages visited, device type, referral source) to understand how the store is used and improve it.
2. How we use your information
- To deliver your purchased files and send order confirmations
- To send free lifetime updates for templates you own
- To respond to support requests
- To send our newsletter, if you opted in (unsubscribe anytime, one click)
- To improve our products and website
3. What we never do
- We never sell or rent your personal information to anyone
- We never see or store your full payment card details
- We never have access to the contents of your templates — your custody schedules, expenses, and family information live in your own files, on your own accounts
4. Payments and third parties
Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, acting as merchant of record. Their handling of your payment data is governed by their own privacy policy. We also use an email service provider to deliver receipts, downloads, and newsletters; they process your email address solely on our behalf.
5. Cookies
We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies for essential store functionality (such as remembering your cart) and basic analytics. We do not use cross-site advertising trackers.
6. Data retention and your rights
We keep order records as long as needed for accounting and to provide you lifetime updates. You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (subject to legal record-keeping requirements) by emailing hello@syncparenting.com. Newsletter emails always include an unsubscribe link.
7. Children's privacy
Our store is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. Information about your children that you enter into your templates stays in your own files and is never transmitted to us.
8. Changes to this policy
If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you by email.
