Terms of Service

Last updated: June 12, 2026

These terms govern your use of the SyncParenting website and your purchase of our digital products. By placing an order, you agree to them. They're written to be read by humans — if anything is unclear, just ask.

1. What you're buying

SyncParenting sells digital products — spreadsheet templates and guides delivered as downloadable files for Google Sheets. Nothing physical will be shipped. Product descriptions, preview images, and included contents are listed on each product page.

2. License — what you may do

Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, lifetime license to use the templates for your own family's co-parenting needs. You may:

  • Use the files on any number of your own devices
  • Share working copies with your co-parent and caregivers of your children
  • Customize, edit, and adapt the templates freely for personal use

You may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, or share the original files publicly
  • Include the templates in products or services you sell
  • Claim the designs as your own work

3. Payments

Payments are processed securely by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. Prices are shown in USD; applicable taxes (such as VAT) may be added at checkout based on your location. Your card details never touch our servers.

4. Delivery and lifetime updates

Download links are delivered by email immediately after payment. If an email goes missing, contact us and we'll resend it. When we improve a template you own, we send you the updated version free of charge — forever.

5. Refunds

Our products are digital and delivered instantly, so all sales are final and we do not issue refunds. Every product is exactly as described on its page, and we'll gladly fix any delivery, access, or billing problem. See the Refund Policy for full details.

6. Not legal, financial, or therapeutic advice

Our templates are organizational tools. They are not legal documents, legal advice, financial advice, or a substitute for professional counsel. Custody arrangements, support obligations, and legal record requirements vary by jurisdiction — always consult a qualified family-law attorney for legal matters.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SyncParenting' total liability for any claim arising from your purchase or use of our products is limited to the amount you paid for the product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for outcomes of legal proceedings in which our templates or records kept in them are used.

8. Intellectual property

All templates, guides, branding, and website content are the intellectual property of SyncParenting and are protected by copyright. Your license (section 2) defines the permitted uses.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect when you place an order is the one that applies to that order. Material changes will be reflected in the date above.
