Refund Policy

SyncParenting products are digital templates delivered instantly. Because of that, all sales are final — but every product is exactly as described, and we're here to make sure you can actually use what you bought.
1. All sales are final
Every SyncParenting purchase — individual templates and bundles alike — is a digital product delivered instantly. The moment your order completes you receive full, permanent access to the files. Because of the nature of digital goods, we do not accept returns or issue refunds, and all sales are final. By completing checkout you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
2. Why digital products are final sale
Once a template is delivered, it can be opened, copied, and kept forever — there is no way for a file to be "returned." Charging for a product that has already been handed over in full is why, like most digital sellers, we treat every sale as final. We'd rather be upfront about this than bury it in fine print.
3. Exactly as described
We work hard to make sure you know precisely what you're buying before you pay. Every product page includes detailed previews, a full feature list, screenshots of the actual template. What you see is what you get — the product you receive matches its description.

4. Problems with your order? We'll fix it
"All sales final" never means "you're on your own." If something is wrong with your order, reach out and we'll make it right:
- You didn't receive your download link or can't access your files.
- A file is corrupted, incomplete, or won't open.
- You were charged twice or charged the wrong amount.
- You received a different product than the one you ordered.
Email hello@syncparenting.com with the address you used at checkout and we'll re-send your files, correct any duplicate or incorrect charge, or otherwise resolve the issue promptly.
5. Lifetime updates & support are included
Your purchase is a one-time payment with no subscription. When we improve a template you own, the updated version is yours for free, and email support is included with every order — so the value of what you bought only grows over time.
6. Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any rights you may have that cannot be waived under the consumer-protection laws of your country or region. Where applicable law grants you a right we cannot exclude, that law takes precedence. If you believe your situation falls under such a right, contact us and we'll work with you in good faith.
